In the current academic year, I am the head teacher of the seventh grade class . This is my first time as a class teacher . I will try my best to learn from other excellent class teachers and start the class management work from the actual situation of the students in this class. There are 54 students in this class, 33 boys, 21 girls, 9 local students, and the rest are foreign students from all blue sky countries. Through the summer military training and the observations in the first few days of school, I found that they not only have poor academic performance, but also have poor behavioral habits, weak academic concepts and poor self-control ability. According to the class situation, my work plan for the semester is as follows:
First, cultivate a good class style and put forward the overall goal of the class. Take the class training as a guide, so that the students can work hard and work together for the future of the class to form the concept of “Ban Rong, I am shameful”. The cohesiveness of the class. Cultivate students' sense of "ownership" and everyone strives to be the master of the class. Grasp the daily routine of the class, do a good job of self-study discipline, and improve classroom efficiency. Use class meetings and other spare time to educate students about their behavioral habits. As a class teacher , I have to go to the classroom early in the morning and go to the classroom in peacetime to correct the bad habits of the students in time, develop good behavior norms as soon as possible, and gradually form a discipline that is disciplined, enterprising and diligent.
Second, after selecting and cultivating class cadres as class teachers, first of all, pay attention to selecting and cultivating class activists, identifying class cadres, and forming temporary class committees to allow students to initially learn to manage themselves.

5. Combination of school education and parental education
