Seventh grade head teacher work plan
This year, I worked as a class teacher in the seventh grade. I have been working as a class teacher since I worked. In the work of the long-term class teacher , I deeply understand that the middle school stage is the beginning stage of human growth and the beginning stage of the formation of human basic quality. The good class style is the basis for all kinds of habits, and the lower grades are the key period for good study habits. How to grasp this critical period. How to optimize the class style overall? How to make students develop a series of good habits? I believe that using good study habits as a breakthrough will help promote the overall development of the class style. Based on this idea, the current teaching plan is as follows:
First, the basic situation of the class introduced a total of students in this class, including 27 boys, 33 girls, students from the national small to the country, most students have poor study habits and daily behavior habits, especially some boys, need to focus on strengthening education.
Second, specific measures
1 Students who do not discriminate against poor learning, and mobilize students who are better off around him to help him, so that he can make more obvious progress in his academic performance and study habits.
2 Encourage students who are actively motivated to advance and lead him to make greater progress.
3 Use home visits and spare time to communicate with parents, master the students' learning and living conditions, and solve problems in a timely manner.
4Using class meetings and after-school hours to educate students with unsatisfactory attitudes to learn the importance of learning.
5 Strengthen patriotism and team spirit education for students, so that they become students with patriotism and collective honor. 6 Give full play to the role of class cadres and improve their management and organizational skills.
Fourth, the specific arrangements for class work
September: Use class time, earnestly attend classes, and educate on daily behavioral norms.
October: Summary of daily behaviors, normal school work, and through behavioral performance, quality improvement to promote students, jointly improve the class appearance, and promote teaching.
November: Appreciation and encouragement to those who have made significant progress, prompting the latecomers to catch up, plan to do a review and meet the mid-term exam, and meet the "May 1" International Labor Day with excellent results and a beautiful and healthy environment.
December: Analyze and summarize the mid-term exams. For some poor students, they should adjust their learning methods, ask more questions, practice more, be good at thinking, improve their learning level, and reflect them in the final exam.
January: Conduct a targeted summary of the learning situation of the entire class, and do a good job of mobilizing the final exam.
