In order to implement the "Decision on Further Strengthening Rural Compulsory Education" and the "Notice of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance on Printing and Distributing the Provisional Administrative Measures for the Free Provision of Teaching Work for Students with Financial Difficulties in Rural Compulsory Education Stages", according to Shengshi The relevant archives issued by the county stipulates that the following implementation plans are proposed for the free provision of textbooks for students from poor families in the rural compulsory education stage:
First, the establishment of institutions
1. Leader of the work leading group: Fan Jingtao, deputy head: Luo Yuehui, Ye Zhiqiang, member: Liu Zhigang, Wang Defang, Huang Jie, Hou Lianxin, Zhong Taoxian

Third, the specific subjects and versions of the textbooks are provided free of charge. This free textbook is a required subject for the national curriculum. It provides free ideology, language, mathematics, foreign languages, biology, physics, chemistry, history and society, music to the students. Textbooks on art, sports and health, and information technology subjects.
The principle of applying freely-issued textbooks to economically applicable or color-based textbooks is that students in the same grade of the school must use the same version of textbooks regardless of whether they are eligible for national free textbooks.
Fourth, the implementation method
1. Program; application by students or parents, and organization of the "Free Textbook Application Form".
2. According to the specific conditions stipulated by the county and the indicators issued by the school, the school will review the free textbook review team and formulate the list of students according to the principle of democracy and fairness.
3. The school and the village publicity for one week, the public announcement has no objection.
