Activity Planning Department Work Plan
Our 08-level planners are growing step by step, gradually becoming mature, and have accumulated a lot of experience. They truly explore and grow in practice. The following work plans are formulated during the semester:
1 Improve departmental execution:
The tasks assigned to the superiors should be “timely”, “implemented” and “on time”.
"Timely" means that the Minister should analyze the mission requirements and key difficulties in a timely manner, issue orders in a timely manner, and make specific arrangements in a timely manner. The members of the various departments will make timely planning work after receiving the order;
“Implementation” means that the members will implement the work and complete it as required. Not falsifying, not opportunistic;
“On time” means that the tasks are completed on time and in full with the cooperation of all members of the Planning Department, so that no delays are made.
2 Job accountability:
Each job, each task, is clearly divided into responsibilities, that is, clear responsibility. Once the problem arises, the person in charge is immediately found to find out the cause. This can make the division of labor clearer and solve the problem quickly, and we can also use this coercive means to improve the responsibility of the members.
3 Development of original activities:
Actively plan original activities, and strive to create activities that belong to us, enrich the after-school life of the students within the association and our students, and stimulate the volunteer service ideas of the teachers and students of the whole school.
In this semester, we will give full play to the functions of the department , so that the activities are innovative and influential, and better exercise the communication, practice, work and leadership of the members, improve the basic qualities of the university students, and continue to carry forward "dedication, friendship, The concept of mutual assistance and progress. The initial activities are as follows:
1 weather forecast
In order to better serve the students, let everyone pay attention to the weather changes, prevent the inconvenience caused, and plan to carry out the weather forecast work in the near future, and post the weather conditions of the next day in the downstairs of each bedroom.
2 networking activities
In order to strengthen the exchanges and understanding between our university and the universities in Jiangbei, and enhance mutual friendship, under the premise of effective control of the pandemic, the Youth Volunteers Association of Guangsha College, the Youth Volunteers Association of Heilongjiang Science and Technology College, etc. Hold a networking event.
3 blood donation activities
In order to solve the blood shortage situation that may occur during the off-season in the winter blood donation, it is planned to hold a blood donation activity in conjunction with the Blood Center of the Red Cross Society of Harbin in December. We will learn from the experience and lessons of the failure of the last activity, and carefully plan and do it. To be foolproof. The event will be one of the 24th International Volunteer Day series.
4 International Volunteer Day Events
As a unique international festival for the Youth Volunteers Association, a series of activities will be held. The center will have volunteers' oaths on the day of the festival, early blood donation activities, anti-Ai propaganda activities, and some volunteer services for the campus.
5 Retirement home activities
Continue to the requirements of the activities once every half-month, to support the elderly.
The above is just a preliminary plan. In the actual work, we must adhere to the principles of flexibility, mobility, seriousness and harmony. We will analyze the specific problems and adjust the activity plan according to various details, but always adhere to the goals set for us. In order to alleviate the shortage of foreign language tour guides in our province, according to the requirements of the National Tourism Administration to speed up the training and reserve of foreign language tour guides, Hebei Tourism Bureau plans to organize foreign language tour guide qualification examinations in the spring of 2019.
First, the registration conditions
In the spring of 2019, Hebei Province, the foreign language tour guide qualification examination is for the whole society. Any citizen of the People's Republic of China who has a high school, a secondary professional school or above, is in good health, has no illegal or bad behavior records, and has the basic knowledge and language ability to adapt to the needs of foreign language guides can apply.
Second, the registration time and method
This tour guide qualification examination implements computer information system management, that is, registration, payment of fees, uploading photos, printing admission tickets, and arranging examination rooms are carried out by computer management and online. Third, the test subjects, content and points
written examination
1. Basic knowledge of tour guides: including the basic knowledge of national tour guides and the basic knowledge of tour guides in Hebei Province. The reference textbook is the editor of the Hebei Provincial Tour Guide Qualification Examination Reference Textbook Compilation Committee, and the “Guide to Tour Guide” published by China Tourism Press in May XX.
The subject score is 150 points. Among them, 100 points are objective questions and 50 points are subjective questions.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of tour guides: including tourism policies and regulations, tourism professional ethics, guide service specifications, and short sentence translation. The reference textbook is edited by Hebei Provincial Tour Guide Qualification Examination Reference Textbook Compilation Committee, China Tourism Press XX, published in May of the year, "Tourism Policy and Professional Ethics", "Guide for Guide Service" and China Tourism Press, published in January 2019 "English Guides for Classic Tourist Attractions in Hebei".
The subject score is 150 points. Among them, the objective question is 100 points; the translation question is 50 points, that is, the short sentences and short sentences are translated by the language of the application.
Interview
The interview will be conducted the next day after the written test.
The content of the interview is the guide simulation, the knowledge and answer of the guide's ability to respond. The score is 100 points.
Candidates must be interviewed in the language they are applying for.
Test
Candidates who have obtained the "Guarantee Qualification Certificate" and apply for other languages must register online with the first-time examiner. Only participate in translation and interviews during the exam.

Five, the charging standard
According to the fees approved by the Hebei Provincial Department of Finance and the Hebei Provincial Price Bureau, the examination fee is 300 yuan/person. The test taker charges 210 yuan / person.
6. Examination organization, information release and consultation, supervision
