Key Work Plan of the Library Technology Department in 2019
~ In the year, the Ministry of Technology will continue to do a good job in the daily work of maintenance, management, application, and technical support for all systems and the entire library, and will focus on the following aspects.
1. Complete the library's new integrated management system----the installation, debugging, system migration, training, and application of the new century system, complete the replacement of the ilas system, and realize the related functions of the reader service.
2. Complete the construction of key subject navigation systems and resources.
3. Complete the construction of the electronic journal navigation system, strengthen the construction of electronic journal resources and its integration with opac.
4. Complete the development of the recommendation system and integration with the New Century system.
5. Strengthen the functional development of new websites and the organization and integration of resources.
6. Strengthen the introduction, publicity and promotion of the database.
7. Complete the secure migration of each system on the sun fiber storage system.
8. Complete the migration of the technical support system on the new website.
9. Complete the installation and commissioning of the interlibrary loan system, the metaiso CD-ROM system, and the Bowen non-book data system.
10. Construction of the library call center callcenter system.
11. Construction of a library equipment management system.
12. Complete the installation and debugging of infotree, examine its scope of application, and use the system to complete the construction of related resources.
13. Strive to complete the retrospective of the master's thesis, data upload and integration with the ilas system.
14. Further improve the full-text database of the Jinan University Library Teaching Reference Book and integrate it with the library integration system.
15. Strengthen the construction of video multimedia resources to provide readers with a variety of convenient and effective multimedia resources.
16. Actively follow up on the need for new building construction.
17. Further strengthen the security protection of the server and database to ensure the normal and orderly operation of the automation system of our library.
18. Track the latest technology trends, focus on learning, and introduce new technologies and equipment in a timely manner.
19. Actively cooperate with the leaders of the museum and the work of various departments to complete various temporary tasks conscientiously and efficiently.
In the past year, with the care of the leaders of the museum and the assistance of various departments, our technical department has achieved certain results through the joint efforts of all colleagues. In the new year, the Ministry of Technology wants to do more things. However, due to the tight manpower and limited technical strength, I hope that the leaders of the museum and the teachers of various departments will continue to care and help, and strive to complete the above work plan on time.
