There is a problem:

(5) Organizational discipline is too loose. The Department of Public Information has always advocated free play, voluntarily reported news, and maintained the working relationship of members of the Department of Public Information, but at the same time made the members of the Department of Information inertia, so the number of press articles was too small.
(6) The division of labor is not clear. The past work has always been the sole responsibility of the minister. The role of the deputy department is not great. The officer has many things to do.

Improvement measures and the concept of this work:

(1), for the news: to dilute the status of the official news of the hundred steps, more focus on student life, comments and topics are the focus.
(2) For journalists: usually contact the officers to discuss and organize departmental activities and gatherings to form a departmental culture, so that each officer can reflect his own value in the Department of Public Information.
