First, the historical background
In the current market economy, more and more family couples in rural areas have left their homes, and they have embarked on the ranks of going out to work and doing business. Some children’s parents inevitably cannot fulfill the guardian’s responsibility, and their children can only stay in the house. The family, who is raised by the elderly or relatives at home, is far from the left-behind children who are effectively guarded by their parents, and has become a special group in rural schools. The growth and education of this special group has become a common concern of families, schools and society. If there is no healthy and harmonious environment, it will inevitably affect their growth every step of time. Only by creating an excellent environment will they be able to thrive in a healthy and harmonious environment. To this end, with the support of the Women's Federation, the government, and education, we established the Shouxi Bridge Town Left-behind Children Service Trust Center.
Second, the guiding ideology
With the practice of practicing the important thinking of the "Three Represents", the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and serving the people wholeheartedly, we pay attention to the healthy growth of left-behind children, dedication and love, and use practical actions to relieve the worries of left-behind children and let left-behind children Grow in a healthy and harmonious environment.
Third, the basic situation
During the semester, our Shuangxiqiao Town Left-behind Children's Service Trust Center opened two left-behind classes, one in each of the fifth and sixth grades, 47 in the fifth grade, and 53 in the sixth grade. A total of 100 left-behind students were enrolled. Relatively speaking, the faculty level of the left-behind center is first-class, the living environment is first-class, the activity facilities are first-class, the service quality is first-class, and the education management is first-class. This has laid a good foundation for the healthy development of the children's physical and mental health and for the comprehensive implementation of the education policy and the overall improvement of the quality of education.

2. The left-behind center should give full play to the educational function and reduce the psychological pressure of left-behind children. In addition to providing good education, the custody center should pay more attention to their physical and mental health development, and they should pay more care to them, so that they can get more warmth in the big family of the left-behind center, thus making up for the lack of parent-child relationship. Spiritual loss provides a platform for healthy growth.
Sixth, specific management methods and measures
1. Establish and improve the "left-behind student files" and contact system with parents
Learn more about the problems and basic conditions of left-behind children, establish a contact book for parents of left-behind children, and develop an education management plan. Keep in touch with the parents of left-behind children and keep parents informed of their school attendance. 2, open up a new mode of "hosted" boarding
In view of the status of “homelessness” for most left-behind children, the left-behind center has set up a “hosting” boarding mode to provide special accommodation and activities for left-behind children, allowing left-behind children to study and live in the custody center, and to relieve the worries of left-behind children’s parents. . Hire someone to take care of management services and other work.
3. Strengthen the responsibility of the faculty and staff, especially the class teacher.
The left-behind center attaches great importance to the work of left-behind children and arranges special leadership; the teacher in charge of the class personally participates in the school management of the left-behind children, and is responsible for reporting to the parents at any time; the left-behind center is equipped with a full-time administrator to specifically implement the accommodation and accommodation of the left-behind children in the custody center. Study, life and other aspects of work. The school also implements a series of daily affairs, such as eating, sleeping, shampooing, bathing, and haircutting, for children to wash and counsel.
4. Strive to create a high quality environment and provide quality services.
Raise funds in various ways to improve the accommodation conditions of left-behind children. Efforts to improve the quality of a group of food, pay attention to the safety of left-behind children in school, provide free after-school tutoring, and plan to arrange entertainment, sports and other activities for children on holidays. Let the children really feel that the left-behind center is their home.
5. Increase funding to ensure that poor students “really live and study”.
We will continue to do a good job in fund-raising activities for leaders and teachers to help the poor and help the poor. We will support the life and study of some extremely poor students in many ways.
6. Implement a high standard of service and a low standard of fees.
Our staying center provides a full range of high-standard services for left-behind children from life to study to psychological counseling to behavioral guidance. Left-behind children can zoom in once every two weeks, or they can entrust the left-behind center in one semester. There are still people living in the holiday and there are teachers attending classes. The fees charged by our stay center will be subject to minimum standards. The Chongyang One Stay Center collects a living allowance of 1,000 yuan per person per semester and a management fee of 780 yuan for a total of 1780 yuan. The Anhui One Stay Center collects a living and management fee of 2,200 yuan per person per semester. Our Shuangxiqiao Town Left-behind Center collects a management fee of 300 yuan per person during the semester, and how much the living expenses are.
