This year is the third year since the election of the seventh neighborhood committee, and it is also the last year of this term. Looking ahead, we are full of confidence in the future of community development. We still insist on serving residents and service units as an important starting point. According to the overall requirements of the street for the new year of the community, combined with the actual situation of the community, we will formulate a work plan for 2019.

Work tasks and measures

1. Focusing on the consolidation of the overall goal of “Chongqing Harmonious Model Community”, the development of a harmonious community with broad participation in democracy, perfect service functions, comfortable living environment, good public order, rich cultural activities, advanced management methods and harmonious interpersonal relationships.

2. Taking the community party building as the leader, exploring new mechanisms and new methods for community party members' education management; continuously strengthening the "two new" party organization construction and community party style and clean government construction; strengthening and improving the community, community and building level three-level organization system Taking the construction of community culture as the starting point, improving the cultural taste of the community; taking the community service as the core, expanding the community service field; taking the community democratic management as the direction, completing the election of the end of the community at the end of the year; Co-construction, resource sharing, and gradually form eight characteristic communities of “learning, service, environmental protection, culture, green, security, civilized and harmonious”.

3. Active community culture and promote the building of spiritual civilization in the community. First, expand the service functions of the community office building, the literary and art hall, the billiards hall, the folk music room, the painting and calligraphy room, the citizen school, and the reading room, and continuously enrich and improve the cultural activities of each hall and room. The second is to adhere to the community service day activities with the theme of spiritual civilization activities; cultural and sports week activities; reading month activities; community trade union sports competitions. The third is to persist in carrying out a variety of harmonious and healthy activities in line with the needs of various residents. Fourth, the conditions are mature, guiding the construction of new commercial housing residential quarters to create a spiritual and civilized community, realizing the transformation of the role of residents and owners, and jointly contributing to the spiritual civilization construction of the jurisdiction.

4. Increase community service and improve service quality. Conduct a variety of service methods for social security services for community-dwelling groups, community cultural services for cultural life of community residents, housekeeping services for daily life of community residents, social security services for community safety, cleaning services for community environments, and unemployed population Employment and reemployment services, property services for non-residential communities, and family planning services for women of childbearing age. Give play to the backbone of the community volunteer team, actively carry out legal knowledge, health education lectures, and respect for the elderly, child-friendly services. Consolidate the results of the full employment community and realize the expansion of the security work. Employment guidance and training will be carried out every quarter of the year, and the employment task indicators issued by superiors will be actively completed. Expand the medical hotline help service to solve problems for residents. 5. Strive for a new breakthrough in social comprehensive management and safety work, and build a peaceful Liubeiqiao community. First, do a good job in mediation of contradictions and disputes. The mediation rate has reached more than 100%, and the mediation success rate has reached 98%. Second, the establishment of a safe community has been completed, and the establishment of a safe community has gradually extended to the community, building, and units. The third is to steadily promote firefighting into the community, to achieve self-management and self-improvement of community fire protection; fourth, to visit units frequently, to supervise and inspect the safety production and fire protection implementation. The fifth is to improve the legal system into the community, enter the building, enter the family's popular law, study law, usage work.

6. Strive to make new breakthroughs in planning fertility services. First, do a good job in policy services, reproductive health services, drug propaganda management services, follow-up family services. The second is to follow up on gynecological diseases after new marriage, pregnancy, postpartum, birth control surgery, and the follow-up rate is over 95%. The third is to give full play to the role of family planning associations and improve people's satisfaction with family planning work. Use the family planning festival to provide quality services for reproductive age people with reproductive health knowledge and information, and timely report the publicity and information briefings.

7. Strive to make new breakthroughs in urban management, realize two changes in management mode, change passive management to active management, and change assault management to regular management. Do a good job in community environmental sanitation, maintain a self-examination system for environmental sanitation, and conduct self-examination twice a month to give play to the role of health supervisors in the community to ensure clean, green, bright, and no mess in the community to ensure a clean and tidy environment. Regularly supervise and inspect the performance of various property management services, give full play to the role of each property community, and expand management coverage.

8. Create a community neighborhood festival. Social harmony should start from the harmony of the neighborhood, through a series of exchange activities, such as the neighbors knocking on each other, or participating in community organizations' neighborhood exchange meetings, group meetings, etc., to communicate feelings, enhance friendship, and completely change the modern housing after the completion of the new community. The embarrassing situation of "going to the building to close the door, going out without knowing the neighbors, not being able to tell, and being unable to ask."

9. Carry out the wrong service and practice the behavior of the people. Adapt to the characteristics of “eight hours away from work” for community residents, and implement the wrong working system for community cadres to form a new pattern of “all-weather, all-round, full coverage” community service. Going to work at the wrong time, that is, once the residents have an "eight hours" outside the office, the relevant community cadres will go to work in full. For example, the in-service resident made an appointment at 6 o'clock in the evening to make matters related to family planning and family planning. The community family planning cadres came to work one hour late on the day, and the original 5 o'clock was off work at 6 o'clock. When the community handles the wrong time, special inspections should be carried out, and the results of the inspections should be included in the assessment of the responsibility system of the community cadres.
