Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology East Campus Community Network has a total of 14 members, including 4 sophomores and 10 freshmen recruited in Nasin. The editorial department of the letter network is a department with a sense of the times. It is mainly responsible for collecting various information resources, making films and pictures, writing newsletters for large and small activities, and using various online media to promote social associations and community activities. I. Internal management philosophy and ideas of the editorial department of the letter network

1. In terms of management, because the members are not very familiar with the work of the editorial department of the letter network, they are not very familiar with some software applications, so we will group them according to the specialties of the members, let them do some simple work and Carry out relevant guidance and supervision. This will not only make everyone familiar with it, but also brainstorm and improve the efficiency and quality of the work.

2. In terms of discipline, we implement a weekly meeting system and an activity attendance system. All members of the regular meeting are required to attend the meeting on time. When there are activities, members are required to participate in time and record and guide their performance.

Second, the main work and implementation steps

The work of the editorial department of the letter network is mainly divided into two parts: the letter network and the editor. In terms of editing, the various departments and associations within the HKCSS have provided good materials for editing. Therefore, we will keep close contact with various departments and associations, keep abreast of their developments, and write good newsletters and online publicity work. In the letter network, our department will make full use of the online media, using qq, blogs, etc. in time to promote the dynamics of the social associations and associations. At the same time, our department will focus on the masters to master the software, such as word, excel, ppt, ps, etc., as soon as possible can do some simple work. For example: the production of social association videos, the production of forms, and the production of posters.

Improvement of the blog: Since the blog of the Social Welfare Association has just been opened, our department will invest a lot of experience to do a good job in the blog of the Social Welfare Association. Require members to upload the latest news of the association and the community in a timely manner, including the newsletter of the event and related photos and videos. At the same time, our department plans to work with the Secretariat to draft the Social Union Blog Management Regulations to increase the traffic and visibility of the blog. You will also pay more attention to the blogs of the East Campus and the Headquarters to enhance communication with them.

2. Propaganda of the Social Welfare Association and the Association: In the case of the Social Welfare Association, the Ministry of Public Affairs plans to make a publicity film of the Social Welfare Association in the next work to reflect the new style of the 2011-2011 Social Welfare Association. Do some videos or write some articles to showcase the style of the various associations. In terms of associations, our ministry will prepare Chinese culture as a template and let everyone know more about the culture of Han culture through the promotion of the meaning of the Han culture community. And gradually promoted 40 communities in the East Campus.

3. Information technology: We will organize more members to understand the relevant technology. Let them do some publicity boards and so on.
