Ministry of Women's Work Program for 2019

At the beginning of the new semester, the Women's Department of the Zhangzhou Normal University was also established. We are full of passion and ideals, and we firmly believe that this is the place where we have great ambitions. I hope that through our efforts, the girls department can have a brilliant start!

The work plan of the Girls Department:

One. Cooperate with the student union to prepare for large-scale activities, such as doing the makeup work of the actors during the party, and maintaining a good stage effect.

two. Officer training program. Due to the new students entering the school, they are not very familiar with the work of the Ministry of Women and lack of knowledge and experience in the work of the Ministry of Women. The training of new officers is related to the smooth progress of future work, so the training of officers is an important part of the work of the Ministry of Women in this semester.

1. The meeting of all members was convened, and the chairman and vice-presidents were invited to highlight the issues that should be paid attention to by the officers and their own work experience, so that the officers can quickly find their position in the student union and clarify their responsibilities and obligations, and understand the various systems of the student union.

2. The exchange activities between the Ministry and the Ministry will enable the officers to understand the general direction and main contents of other departmental work and lay a good foundation for future cooperation between the departments.

3. The Department has strengthened exchange activities on weekly duty and regular meetings. The Minister and the chairperson in charge will emphasize the work attitude and methods, and usually record the attendance and work performance, and promptly criticize and praise, and strengthen the disciplinary concept of the officer in the work.

4. Try to let the officers do a "work log", make a corresponding record of each of their own work, and make timely assessments of their work performance so that they can inspect themselves to cultivate the sense of responsibility of the officers.

5. Interspersed with makeup in the weekly meetings and discussions on the Girls' Day to be held in the next semester. Everyone has their own opinions, and they all come in and submit the summary or plan.

three. Activity plan

1. The success of the training of the officers is mainly reflected in the activities and work. Through participating in various activities, the officers can increase their experience, train their organization and leadership ability, and enrich the leisure life of the majority of girls and even the whole school. Therefore, the organization of the event is necessary.

According to the characteristics of this school year, the focus of the Ministry of Women’s Work is on the Girls’ Day:

The Ministry of Girls, a department for girls, also set up a festival for girls themselves, namely Girls’ Day. The festival for girls can be big or small. The preliminary plan for the Girls' Day is to start activities in a month or so. The activities are the opening ceremony, specific events, and closing ceremony. The opening ceremony can be carried out in the form of a party. The evening program is selected and sent by the girls in the whole school. Specific activities can include debates on girls' debates, lectures on dressing etiquette, wishing bottle activities, girls' image design competitions, girls' style competitions, etc. The closing ceremony is the awards ceremony. According to specific activities, various awards will be given to awards. Specific matters are discussed again.

2. Establish a blog for the Ministry of Women, the usual work plan, the progress of the work and the summary of each work in time, and the officers must actively participate. Video about the makeup, image design, and etiquette will be uploaded to the blog, which will facilitate the study and communication of the girls or teachers.
