In 2019, for the maintenance work of our center, we must pay special attention to the following aspects:

1. Strengthen learning, enhance maintenance concepts, and strengthen refined maintenance

The organization maintenance personnel carefully studied the "Main Points of Highway Maintenance Work in Linyi City Highway Bureau in 2011" and the "Rehabilitation Maintenance Standards of Linyi City Highway Bureau" and the "Conservation Management Measures" formulated by the Center Maintenance Department. At present, my maintenance center has 3 sets of filling equipment, 2 sets of cold-fixing equipment, 4 sets of heat-repairing equipment, 10 sets of small construction machines, 5 vehicles, 8 maintenance management personnel, 14 equipment operators and a group of skilled business. Skilled workers. All types of road maintenance projects can be completed. In case of unexpected events, cross- department adjustment and adjustment machinery can be carried out to further strengthen the intensive production capacity of the maintenance center.

5. System security. At present, the Maintenance Center of the Conservation Center is working hard to formulate a series of rules and regulations such as the “Career Maintenance Management Measures”. With fine maintenance as the work guide, in terms of maintenance standards, we will further revise, improve and implement standards and methods such as maintenance management, maintenance operations, inspection and assessment, and standardize the maintenance management and maintenance operations to make it more systematic, reasonable and practical. In the aspect of maintenance implementation system, strengthen the “chain-type” work target responsibility management model in the maintenance management function, implement maintenance objectives, responsibilities, and accountability step by step, improve the enthusiasm and initiative of maintenance personnel at all levels, and form Healthy, orderly, and up-and-down maintenance work pattern. In the aspect of maintenance assessment system, improve and implement the half-year maintenance inspection, year-end assessment and monthly maintenance inspection system of the municipal bureau, and establish a systematic and standardized maintenance assessment system that combines the usual and the year-end.
