First, raise awareness of the importance and necessity of labor export, earnestly strengthen leadership, and strengthen labor export.

In order to effectively strengthen the labor export work of the streets, the Street Party and the Working Committee will further create a favorable environment for labor export from the policy and system. The street will be set up with the secretary of the working committee as the team leader, and the director in charge of the work as the deputy leader of the labor export leadership. The group, the communities under the jurisdiction of the street, also set up the corresponding labor export organization responsible for the head of the community.
