Community Disabled Persons' Work Program

Under the correct leadership of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, under the guidance of the higher-level Disabled Persons' Federation and the support of the town party committee and the town government, the community's disabled work earnestly studied and implemented the scientific development concept, pioneered and innovated, and worked hard to fully complete the 11th Annual Remnant Association. All work tasks have always adhered to the "people-oriented" orientation of the needs of disabled people, closely focusing on the goal of "rehabilitation services for all" of disabled people, determining various tasks, focusing on key points, tackling difficulties, pioneering and enterprising, and solid work. The work of disabled people in this community has been completed better, and the 2019 work plan has been formulated in conjunction with the actual situation of the community as follows:

1. Under the leadership of the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation and the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation, adhere to the "people-oriented" goal.

Second, close contact with the disabled, timely reflect the needs and wishes of the disabled. In-depth surveys were conducted in the homes of disabled people in the jurisdiction to understand the living conditions of disabled people. At present, there are 41 disabled people and 4 mentally disabled people in the jurisdiction. First, they created a disability file for them. Work plans and systems for persons with disabilities have been formulated to solve some practical difficulties in life and to ensure the lives of disabled people.

From time to time to visit the disabled home to visit condolences, understand their sufferings, and do their best to help them. Extensive publicity and legal aid to improve the legal quality of disabled workers and the majority of disabled people. Through a series of activities, we must not only publicize the officially implemented Law on the Protection of Disabled Persons, but also lay a solid foundation for establishing a community atmosphere of equality and mutual assistance, safeguarding the legal rights of persons with disabilities, developing the cause of the disabled, and building a harmonious community.

Third, organize regular cultural and sports activities, and organize a variety of cultural and sports activities for the disabled. We will use the "Helping the Disabled Day, Mental Disability Day" to hold a variety of cultural and sports activities, to convey joy and joy to the hearts of every disabled person, to promote the equal participation of disabled people in the society, and to improve the cultural quality and living standards of the disabled.

Fourth, pay special attention to children with disabilities and families with poorer disabilities, and include further assistance.

5. Propaganda for the disabled and their families in the community to encourage and help the disabled to establish confidence.

6. Do a good job in life support, employment, education, rehabilitation, rights protection, training, etc. for the disabled.

In 2019, focusing on the 11th Five-Year Plan for the development of the cause of the disabled, starting from the actual work of the disabled, focusing on solving the most concerned, most direct and most realistic interests of the disabled, and working hard to create an environment in which the disabled can participate in social life on an equal footing. In order to promote the cause of the disabled in the community, it is developing well and fast.
