2. 3. Organize the annual “Xingtai Autumn Trade Fair”. On October 18th of the lunar calendar, it is a traditional temple fair in Xingtai City. 4. 6. Strengthen contact with the municipal government office and related departments, the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce and other departments , take the initiative to serve the individuals, units and enterprises that come to the city to invest and start businesses, and coordinate the settlement of foreign investment in the operation of industrial enterprises in our city. 7. Actively strengthen ties with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Provincial Small and Medium Enterprise Bureau, and strive for support from higher authorities ; start to organize related enterprises to learn, inspect and exchange with foreign companies in fraternal cities and other cities.

8. Further study and formulate implementation opinions and policy measures for mergers and acquisitions in key industries, eliminate barriers to mergers and acquisitions, reduce the cost of corporate restructuring, and guide powerful enterprises to conduct overall mergers and acquisitions, decentralized acquisitions, and strong alliances. Supporting powerful enterprises to conduct overall mergers and acquisitions in related industries and similar products, and organize the establishment of certain large enterprise groups.
