First, the guiding ideology:

The education and teaching work has reached a new level.
Second, the work objectives:
1. Take the classroom as a position and effectively improve the quality of teaching.
2. Make full use of all conditions to improve teachers' classroom teaching ability, theoretical learning ability, and essay writing ability, so as to better serve the teaching.
3. Deepen the process evaluation research and use reasonable evaluation methods to stimulate students to learn actively.

Third, the main work and measures:
1. Promote quality education in an all-round way and strive to improve the overall quality of all students. Efforts will be made to create a relaxed and enjoyable classroom teaching environment, fully mobilize the subjective learning of students, and strive to improve the quality of teaching.
