XX year education and research work plan
In XX, my xx teaching research work was guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory, "xxxx" important ideas and scientific development concept, and closely focused on the educational work theme of the county, actively organized teachers to carry out educational scientific research activities, and worked hard to deepen research and improve effectiveness. To serve the school education and teaching reform, to comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching services, and to serve the construction of teachers.
First, the work target
1. Prepare for the declaration of the “Tenth Five-Year” teaching and research project in the state and the city. Initiate the majority of teachers to select research topics. According to the spirit of "Xihong County Education Development "xxx" Planning, the topic should highlight the research focus, enhance the pertinence and effectiveness, explore new ideas and new ways of moral education, and solve practical problems in the new curriculum reform.
2. Promote teaching and research activities at all levels of schools, and strive to achieve 50% participation in teaching and research in key schools. The participation rate of teaching and research in general schools is 35%.
3. Do a good job in the completion of the “10th Five-Year” project and complete 16 tasks at the city level.
4. Do a good job in the promotion of teaching and research results. In the county, 3 to 5 outstanding achievements will be promoted, and the school will implement the promotion project to transform the teaching and research results into the actual productivity of education.
5. Strengthen the construction of teaching and research bases and select 5 teaching and research demonstration schools.
6. Grasp the construction of the backbone of teaching and research. Organize training courses for teaching and research backbones, strengthen guidance on teachers' teaching and research practice, and improve the teaching and research capabilities of teachers.
7. Do a good job in recommending awards for teaching and research achievements in Shengshi City, and strive to lead the number of award-winning projects in the city.
8. Do a good job in China's small science and technology education. We will conscientiously do a good job in organizing the science and technology competitions, and strive to make the number of winners in the forefront of the province.

1. Do a good job in selecting research topics, writing project plans, and filling out forms.
2. Strengthen the management of the project, strengthen inspection and guidance, and promote the scientific and standardized research of the subject.
3. Go deep into the school and discuss with the teachers the theoretical and practical issues in moral education, new curriculum reform and subject research.
4. Hold research seminars and results exhibitions, and build a platform for teachers to exchange education and education reform experience.
5. Carry out evaluation activities for teaching and research achievements, and stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers to carry out teaching and research work.
6. Organize 2 training sessions on teaching and research results, and hold 2 sessions of education and research “Sharon”.
7. Strengthen contacts with universities and research institutions, and invite experts to lecture and guide.
8. Help teachers to refine and summarize the education and teaching experience.
