The intense and heavy training in the early stage, for employees from different industries, in the early stage of unfamiliar products, the quality consciousness is extremely indifferent, and there is no full-time inspector. The quality of the imported parts cannot be guaranteed, resulting in a large number of unchecked parts flowing to the production. At the scene, the phenomenon of rework and returning materials was extremely serious, which greatly affected the quality of the products and delayed the contract delivery time. In response to this phenomenon, the assembly personnel were first trained several times, and the company was required to configure the corresponding measuring tools, purchase the corresponding testing equipment, followed by the introduction of the "parts purchase order", "parts inspection record sheet", "Entrusted external inspection parts list and stubs", "non-conforming product notices and stubs", "parts inspection record sheet" and other provisions, from the overall regulation of the company's supply and quality system, for product quality and on time The goods provide a reliable guarantee.
