The intense and heavy training in the early stage, for employees from different industries, in the early stage of unfamiliar products, the quality consciousness is extremely indifferent, and there is no full-time inspector. The quality of the imported parts cannot be guaranteed, resulting in a large number of unchecked parts flowing to the production. At the scene, the phenomenon of rework and returning materials was extremely serious, which greatly affected the quality of the products and delayed the contract delivery time. In response to this phenomenon, the assembly personnel were first trained several times, and the company was required to configure the corresponding measuring tools, purchase the corresponding testing equipment, followed by the introduction of the "parts purchase order", "parts inspection record sheet", "Entrusted external inspection parts list and stubs", "non-conforming product notices and stubs", "parts inspection record sheet" and other provisions, from the overall regulation of the company's supply and quality system, for product quality and on time The goods provide a reliable guarantee. The “Parts and Components Entering Process” was stipulated, the original inspectors were replaced, the full-time inspectors were re-recruited, and the quality awareness was continuously instilled in the production assembly. The quality awareness of the assemblers was improved, the quality assessment was strengthened, and the product quality was guaranteed. In August, the transformation of the drawings of Italian institutions began, and the prototype of Italians was perceptually understood and dismantled to prepare for the Italian training mission;

In September, we started designing the 35kv test frame contact transmission part, designed and improved the **** improved mechanism; prepared for training in Italy, and went to the factory to receive the production assembly training of the Italian organization, and checked the parts one by one. In October, according to the request of Italy, the parts were sorted out to provide the basis for the company to re-quote; the company website was planned and inspected, and the contract was finally signed on the 31st, the company website construction officially started; the 35kv test rack was in place to organize the test rack;

In November, organize the website information, propose the website construction framework, organize photographs, write materials, etc., according to the feedback information of the marketing department, immediately prepare the "***** actuator organization assembly plan" and report to the company; Shaanxi open feedback auxiliary switch at 35kv During the test, the general arc was large. In January, we began to survey and construct *** institutional parts, further search for missing parts, speed up procurement, ensure that the assembly was completed before the organization, and some parts of the test stand were in place, and the contacts were installed and debugged.

Of course, in the past six months, it has been full of hardships and fatigue, but there are still some problems, such as the problem of work stoppage, 3av3 slow action, market response, personnel training, employee quality awareness, etc. Currently, It may still plague us and needs further improvement and improvement.

In the past six months, I also deeply felt the most difficult to implement, the most difficult to implement, and the most difficult to communicate. It can be said that the quality consciousness and quality concept of all employees. For this reason, we have had many disputes and mutual There have also been a lot of grievances and contradictions.
