In general, the job position is still in the general manager's work department, and the work direction can include the following aspects, and it is also my work goal in 2003:

Since the company is going to be big and strong, it is impossible for the middle and lower management and business cadres without forward-looking support to support the company's building. At present, I think telecom, China Unicom, China Netcom, mobile and other large telecom operators have been deeply aware of this problem, but it is not possible overnight, so I want to join the industry research in my work, and submit reports regularly. Every year, the company has a special fund for books, but the use is not in place. The key is that there are no detailed plans and special supervision. So I want to build a better bookstore before the newcomers enter the company next year, including the management class, which is mainly technical. I suggest that we can take two channels, one is to pay for the company; the other is to call the employees of the company to donate books. I think most of our employees are graduated from prestigious universities, undergraduate and above, no one will have many A large number of books are actually not seen by individuals , such as previous textbooks, etc., but as others may just need, because they have not seen it, the same reason, everyone donates a little, naturally it will increase. All of the above are my thoughts, which may be relatively one-sided, or even impossible to achieve, but I just want to set some goals for myself, so that the work is more energetic, otherwise it will be relaxed.
