In 2019, the Street Federation of Trade Unions will speed up the implementation of the "Eleventh Five-Year" development plan. For guidance, we will focus on the establishment of “learning type” and “saving type” around the Street Federation of Trade Unions, carry out in-depth activities, seize key points, innovate constantly, seek new breakthroughs, and achieve new results, and become the new one of the Street Federation of Trade Unions. The development of the year provides a strong political, ideological, organizational and team guarantee to make new and greater achievements. In the new year, our Street General Union will work in the following:
First, to carry out harmonious enterprise activities as an entry point, through labor competition, rationalization proposals and other activities to help enterprises tide over difficulties, to achieve enterprise efficiency, employee income, mutual benefit "win-win", social stability.
Second, organize and carry out a variety of staff cultural activities to further enhance the cohesiveness of enterprises.
Third, study and implement the spirit of the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, improve their own quality, and contribute to the development of enterprises and the promotion of social harmony.
