Under the cordial care of the leaders of the Youth League Committee and the teachers, the Quality Development Center of our school has gradually grown and become an independent department. In order to better implement the "College Students' Quality Development Plan" initiated by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Ministry of Education, and the National Association of Students, all Sutuo members worked together to help the certification department complete the certification work. At the same time, the students also have a deeper understanding of the quality development work.

Based on the establishment of the Sutuo Center, many students are still not very familiar with the work of Sutuo. The Ministry of Activities has developed the following Sutuo propaganda plan:

1. Produce a publicity exhibition board for college students' quality development plan, exhibit in the Guanyuan and the Second Education, and demonstrate the importance of what is the “Quality Development Plan for College Students”, the “Certificate of College Students' Quality Development”, and the achievements of the existing Sutuo. Thereby promoting the better implementation of the quality development plan for college students.

2. Classes will be used as channels and classes as units. Information research will be carried out among the majority of students, and the knowledge of Sutuo will be popularized. The class committee will lead the students to carry out the game of Sutuo, exercise themselves in the game, reflect the team spirit, and at the same time The questions raised during this process are sorted out and given the correct answers.

3. Collect, collect, and absorb the situation of the quality development of college students in other colleges and the successful experience of colleges and universities.

In addition to conducting promotional activities to let the students know about Sutuo's relevant information, the Ministry of Education has also developed a series of cadre training programs, so that the Sutuo Center has its own backbone staff, and the class has its own leader. The specific plan is as follows:

1. Conduct training courses for the internal staff of the center, and require comprehensive mastery of the Sutuo certification and Sutuo games, strengthen the contact with the school lecturer group, the school Sutuo Department and other departments, and cultivate the center's lecturers and Suotuo backbone.

2. Organize the class monitors, the branch secretary and the Sutuo leader selected by the class to conduct training, and require all personnel who participate in the training to participate in the training and make training notes on time. The staff of the Sutuo Center Department organized the order of the venue and sent a special person to sign in.

3. Coordinate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to invite famous teachers to conduct large-scale lectures on quality development. In consultation with the counselor's teacher, organize all the students in the hospital to watch the lecture. Professionals will guide students in our colleges and careers in colleges and universities, so that students can understand their own development direction and lack of quality, and choose quality training programs for quality training.

4, use the summer vacation time, issue tasks in advance, organize students to carry out holiday social surveys and social practice activities, so that the comprehensive quality of students is specifically improved.

The work of the Quality Development Center has just started, and its achievements are inseparable from the concern of the leaders and teachers, and the support and cooperation of the majority of students. For the problems in the work, we will continue to solve and improve.
