Unconsciously, at the beginning of the year, I was honored that this semester became a class member in the election of the students and was able to serve everyone. After analyzing why the students did not achieve good results in the last semester, I made some plans for myself to assist my work.

Summarizing everyone's remarks and some of my own personal experiences, I think that the students did not achieve good results in the last semester mainly for the following reasons:

1. The students just got up from high school. They were not able to live freely under the restraint of high school life. Now they are free. They can’t hold it anymore. They always think about how to play, how to live happily, and not to learn. Then care, the pressure of learning is lighter than before, there is no motivation and no motivation, naturally not willing to learn.

2. Another very real reason is that the goal of our study from small to large is to go to college instead of learning for ourselves, without the spirit of learning. Now when I go to college, my dreams come true. Without the support of my dreams, I become confused. I can’t find the direction of action. I can’t find the goal of action. I don’t know what I should do. I don’t study, I don’t study, I’m not. I spent the time in the swing, and the results were not ideal.

3, the setting of the university curriculum is not very satisfactory, some courses are boring, can not stimulate the students' interest in learning, causing students' resentment, and finally lead to the phenomenon of skipping classes, escaping into a natural habit, learning is After the brain, the results are not very good.

4. The campus is a safer and more comfortable place for the students. It can't make people fight or create desires to protect themselves. The final result is that they can't produce actual actions to ensure their better. Results.

Based on the above reasons, my preliminary plan for this semester is:

1. Grasp the attendance rate of classmates and do ideological work for classmates who have no reason to absent from class.

2. Remember the homework of each teacher, remind the students to complete the homework on time, and hand over the assignments of the students on time.

3, help students solve the problem of learning necessities
