This semester should actively carry out flexible and diverse reading activities. In terms of learning methods, it is necessary to combine concentrated learning with self-study. It requires teachers to read one book of educational theory books in this semester, and requires reading reviews or reading feelings. Exchange of experience.
2. Continue to carry out lectures, lectures, and class activities.
Do a good job in teaching routine work, and do a good job in preparation, class, homework, counseling, testing and other aspects. The young teachers' classroom seminars and the key teachers' demonstration classes will be carried out to promote the members of the whole group to seriously study the teaching materials, brainstorm and learn from each other.
