Mental health teaching work plan

In this semester, I undertake the teaching work of the seventh-grade mental health class. In order to work hard to complete my job, and to focus on the school's semester work plan, I have made the following work plans:

First, teaching work

1. According to the work requirements of the school, combined with the actual situation of the students, arrange the following teaching contents for the semester:

The first chapter is integrated into the new environment to adapt to new life.

The first lesson starts with “new”; the second lesson meets new partners; the third lesson approaches new teachers.

The second chapter is learning and happy.

The first lesson memory strategy; the second lesson concentrates on winning skills; the third lesson learns perpetual motion

2. For each student's actual situation, prepare each class and take each class.

In the process of teaching, students are the main body, and it is the responsibility of the teacher to let students learn knowledge well. Therefore, in each lesson, the students' actual situation and psychological needs are fully understood to ensure the students' interest in learning while studying.

In the teaching, we should respect the students' feelings, consciously take the students as the main body and the teachers as the mainstay. Through various teaching forms such as games, tests and questionnaires, we will attract the students' attention and fully mobilize the students' interest in learning and enthusiasm for learning to ensure the classroom. The orderly and harmonious atmosphere of teaching enables students to learn mental health knowledge and promote the healthy development of their own psychology in a harmonious teacher-student relationship and a harmonious teaching atmosphere.

3. Continue to do a good job in publicizing mental health knowledge.

Edit psychological tabloids, from time to time to teachers and students, do a good job in publicity of mental health knowledge, provide a platform for teachers and students to interact and exchange resources, and contribute to building a harmonious campus. Initially, the psychological tabloids will be divided into three parts: the teacher special issue, the student special issue and the parent special issue. The student special issue mainly introduces some mental health knowledge, common psychological problems and solutions in students, psychological experience of students in learning life, and answers to common problems in psychological mailboxes. The teacher special issue mainly provides some simple tests and countermeasures for teachers' own prone psychological problems and situations that often occur in dealing with student problems, so as to better serve students and healthy self. The parent special issue mainly provides some suggestions for parents to have problems in their children's education and promotes the healthy development of parent education.

4. Open a lecture on mental health.

Use the end of the month or the time before the exam to conduct targeted lectures on mental health, so that as many students as possible can receive the resources of the mental health education, supplement the mental health curriculum and give full play to the interaction between teachers and students, and solve the problems that students are currently facing. Psychological confusion and problems.

5. Further establish and improve the student's psychological files.

Establishing a complete student psychological file is of great significance both for the management of the school and for the development of the students themselves. The archives mainly include the basic situation of the students, the test questionnaires of the usual psychological courses, and the comprehensive report form of the students' psychological quality development.

6. Further improve psychological counseling and counseling.

Do a good job in daily psychological counseling, receive every student who visits, work hard to solve their psychological problems, and promote the healthy growth of students' psychology.

Second, other aspects

Efforts to do a good job in all kinds of inspections, and assist Yang Lan to complete all the work, so that the health work of our school has made great progress.

These are just preliminary ideas for the work of this semester and are still not perfect. In the future work, I will work hard to improve, so that my work can achieve the results of the leadership satisfaction, colleagues recognition.
