Middle school next semester personal plan


I only received this class this semester, so I am not very clear about the situation of the children in the class. There are 39 children in our class, including 14 boys and 18 girls.

After a week of getting along with young children, there are still many shortcomings in my class:

1. The child's routine is somewhat relaxed, and most children's attention is easy to disperse;

2. Some young children have a self-centered mind, and humility makes the spirit of sharing insufficient;

3. The self-care ability of individual young children needs to be further improved;

4. Children's self-expression awareness needs to be strengthened.

This semester we will focus on the above deficiencies and strengthen the training for young children. The class plan is based on the actual situation of the child as follows.

I. Education work

Language
