The guiding ideology holds high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory, takes the spirit of the "16th Party Congress" as the guide, and further implements the new " Trade Union Law" under the guidance of the important thinking of "three represents" and Comrade Hu Jintao's "1 July" speech. Focusing on the work center of “stricting strictness, grasping the details, and grasping the reality, and comprehensively improving the quality of education”, the school will emancipate the mind, seek truth from facts, advance with the times, and innovate. We will earnestly fulfill the basic functions of the trade unions , promote the building of democratic schools, and further promote the construction of the teaching staff.
First, earnestly study and implement the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and the " Trade Union Law" and earnestly perform the functions of trade unions .
1. Organize the trade union activists and the majority of trade union members to thoroughly study the important thinking of the "Three Represents", profoundly understand and strive to grasp their spiritual essence, and arm the mind with scientific theories, so that the school trade unions are committed to serving the reform and development of the school and guiding the masses. Members correctly treat changes in the interests of the reforms, so that immediate interests are subject to long-term interests, personal interests are subject to the interests of the overall situation, and the reforms of the school are clearly supported and promoted.
2. Second, continue to deepen the construction of teachers' morality
1.
