The Sixth Hospital Trade Union's 2004 work plan
The guiding ideology of the general work of the trade unions in our hospital in 2004: Under the leadership of the higher-level trade unions and the hospital party committee, the party’s "16th National Congress" and China were seriously implemented.
The "Fourteenth National Congress" spirit of the trade unions , working around the hospital center, serving the overall situation, highlighting the maintenance functions of the trade unions , doing practical things for the workers and the people, doing good things. Strengthening the construction of trade unions , the workers ' congresses, and striving to enter the "home of workers".
First, strengthen the construction of trade union organizations and improve the overall standard of work
1. Clarify the division of labor union members and formulate work plans and work regulations.
2. Adjust the trade union team and select the trade union team leader.
3. Conduct trade union committee members, trade union team leader training and assessment.
Second, improve the system of the Staff Representative Conference and promote the open work of the hospital affairs
1. Assist the Ministry of Medicine to complete the election of the ninth Workers' Congress representative election of the Fourth Teachers' Congress and the change of the Peking University Teachers' Congress, and complete the preparatory work for the two-level "two-generation conference" deployed by Peking University and the Ministry of Medicine.
2. The election of the third employee representative of the sixth hospital of Peking University.
3. Conduct employee representative training and clarify the job title.
4. Do a good job in the collection, consolidation, filing, implementation and feedback of the workers' congress proposal.
5. Open a workers' congress to ensure that employees exercise their democratic rights in accordance with the law, participate in democratic decision-making, democratic management and democratic supervision.
Third, enrich the cultural life of employees and promote the building of spiritual civilization
Carry out rich and colorful, healthy and up-to-date cultural and sports activities, and organize employees' activities to relax their emotions and stretch their muscles in the aftermath of intense work, and to educate them in recreational activities to create a good spiritual culture atmosphere in hospitals.
Organized staff to actively participate in the sports activities of the 43rd Sports Meeting of the Ministry of Medicine and the Taiji fan performance of 40 people. To celebrate the "March 8" Festival, organize lesbians to carry out cultural and sports activities that are conducive to physical and mental health.
Organize young teachers to participate in the 4th Beijing Basic Skills Competition and the Modern Educational Technology Application Demonstration Competition.
Fourth, safeguard the interests of employees and serve the staff and the people wholeheartedly
Continue to do a good job of "sending warmth". When the people need it most, send the care of the party and the trade union organization to the hearts of the workers and see each injured.
Ill and fertility workers to help them solve practical difficulties in life.
To do a good job in employee safety and well-being, we must not only do a good job in improving the basic work of employee insurance files, but also expand publicity, absorb more employees to participate in mutual insurance, and make employees enjoy more rights and interests as much as possible.
Five, evaluation of the first
To lay a step for the trade unions , we must fully mobilize the trade union members, the enthusiasm of the trade union team leader, and encourage everyone to contribute ideas for the work of the trade unions .
