I. Guiding ideology Guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory, implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee and the Fifth Plenary Session, according to the Guilin City Education Union's 2006 Work Concept and the Guilin City Federation of Trade Union Women Workers Committee's 2006 Work Points "In combination with the actual situation of our school, this paper proposes the concept of trade union work this year.
Second, the work objectives
1. Strengthen learning and improve quality. Improve the theoretical level, service awareness and service level of trade union members, improve the spirit of faculty and staff, the spirit of ownership and the spirit of ownership, promote the reform and development of education and teaching in schools, and form a situation in which everyone is responsible for the quality of teaching and responsible for the reputation of the school.

Convene a representative conference to discuss major issues related to school development in the new era.

3. Adhere to the "people-oriented", establish a harmonious life in Guangxi, and further improve and improve the welfare of faculty and staff. Actively carry out various cultural and sports activities to improve the physical quality and enhance the cohesiveness of the school while actively faculty and staff living in their spare time.
