Guilin Middle School Trade Union's 2004 Work Plan
One. Guided by the important thinking of the "Three Represents", the guiding ideology thoroughly implemented the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 14th National Congress of the Chinese Trade Union , actively promoted the implementation of the guiding ideology of the faculty and staff, emphasized the maintenance of functions, and united and mobilized the teaching staff. The work shoulders shoulder the historical mission given by the times, give full play to its own advantages, actively participate in education reform, and work hard to comprehensively promote quality education.

1. Strengthen learning and improve quality. Improve the theoretical level, service awareness and service level of trade union members, improve the spirit of faculty and staff, the spirit of ownership and the spirit of ownership, promote the reform and development of education and teaching in schools, and form a situation in which everyone is responsible for the quality of teaching and responsible for the reputation of the school.

Strict trade union financial management. Expand the income-generating funds of the trade unions , abide by the financial discipline, and improve the financial work system of the trade unions .
A teacher's congress will be held to discuss and determine the school-running ideas of the school in the new era, and to improve the school appointment system.
Selected as an activist of the annual trade union activities.
Strengthen the evaluation guidance of various interest groups and select outstanding interest groups.
Improve and enrich the Guilin Middle School Trade Union website.
3. Strengthen the management of Kuiguang School, strive to achieve excellent results in the 2004 college entrance examination, expand the scale of schooling, and strive for both social and economic benefits.
