The main work
1. In the third half of March 2005, the third meeting of the seventh faculty congress of Yichang No. 7 Middle School was held. The theme of the conference was: pursuing science, pursuing development, and pursuing harmony. The main contents are: discussing and revising the “People's System Reform Plan of the No. 7 Middle School of Yichang City”, discussing and formulating the “Regulations on the Management of the High School and the Senior High School Entrance Examination” and the “Regulations on the Management of the Head Teacher”, which will eventually form a whole personnel management system suitable for the construction and development of the school.
Representatives of faculty and staff should write and submit the proposal of this meeting by March 20.
2. Participate in and assist the Political and Education Department and the Academic Affairs Office to run the “Seventh Middle School of Yichang City, the 7th “Beishan Qiuyun” Stylistic Science and Technology Festival”. In the Science and Technology Festival, the activities carried out by the faculty and staff mainly include: participation in various educational and teaching activities; holding a faculty and art calligraphy photography exhibition; holding a faculty and staff computer production exhibition; holding a faculty and staff prose poetry writing competition; The sports meeting will be synchronized and the faculty and sports games will be held this year.
The above activities will be incorporated into the 7th “Beishan Qiuyun” Stylistic Science and Technology Festival, which will be arranged by the Science and Technology Festival. At the same time, these activities are also preparations for the participation of the second education and cultural festival organized by the Municipal Education Union .
3. Actively organize the faculty and staff to participate in the second teacher's stylistic festival organized by the municipal education union . The main body of the stylistic festival: aerobics, the school began training in mid-March. The performances began to organize rehearsals in June. Painting and calligraphy photography and computer production work were completed in June.
4. Organize the faculty and staff to carry out the spring tour activities, so that the faculty and staff can fully feel the nature, strengthen the harmonious relationship, form a harmonious atmosphere, enhance friendship and benefit their own physical and mental health.
5. Actively participate in the creation of school civilization and continue to assist the school office to do a good job in school affairs.
6. Strengthen sports exchanges with brother schools. The exchange programs identified this year mainly include: basketball, male and female volleyball, badminton, and go.
7. Care for the lives of the faculty and staff, especially the body, family and life of the female faculty and staff, and implement the work of women workers in the union , and give full play to the role of the female faculty and staff.
