First, the guiding ideology:
Guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the 'Three Represents,' and adhere to the scientific concept of development, in accordance with the requirements of the Sixth and Fourteenth Bureau of the Communist Party of China and the Fifth Session of the Education Commission of Nantong City, focus on the center and serve the overall situation. Advance with the times, vigorously promote the building of democratic politics in our school, strive to improve the quality of the faculty and staff, highlight the maintenance functions of the trade unions , strengthen the self-construction of the trade unions , unite and mobilize the faculty and staff, and develop and construct the education for aiding Tibet in Nantong. A harmonious campus makes new contributions.
Second, the main work arrangements
Year-round: “To achieve the standard” campaign
January
1. Carry out “one-day donation” and “one-yuan donation” activities.
2. Apply for “Qualified Teacher's Home”.
3. Organize the selection and application of “advanced teachers and small families”.
4. Organize New Year's Day and Spring Festival to send warm activities
5. Convene the first trade union committee meeting in 2006
February
1. Convene the second trade union committee meeting in 2006
2. Formulate the 2006 work plan
3. Formulate the “Development Standards” activity plan of our school
March
1. Continue to promote and implement the “Green Basket Project” plan.
2. Organizing the "March 8 Women's Day" event
3. Forming a Nantong Tibetan National Middle School faculty and staff team
4, the faculty table team training before the game
April
Participate in the "May 1 Labor Cup" bureau straight school faculty team
