First, the guiding ideology:

To enhance the sense of responsibility and mission, strive to improve the political and business level of the faculty and staff, and fully complete all tasks.
Cooperate with the new situation and new requirements for promoting construction and seeking development, and assisting the party and government leaders to take the discipline construction as the leader and focus on the construction of the teaching staff, and continuously improve the quality of teaching and research in our department.
