First, voluntary tutor

Time: Every Saturday morning

Project Content: Voluntary tutoring has become a special activity of our department and will continue this semester. Our department sent people to discuss the volunteer tutoring of this semester with the iron machine community and the leaders of the iron machine school, and determined the number of volunteers who participated in the voluntary tutor this semester. The plan is to determine the list of volunteer tutors for this semester before the seventh week of Tuesday and publicize it. At the same time, our department will organize the first voluntary tutoring activity this semester on Saturday morning of the seventh week.

Second, military training clothing recycling

Location: Haiqi, Lao Ba Building

Project content: With the end of the freshman military training, in order to echo the call of the school committee, our department will plan to carry out military training clothing recycling activities in mid-October, donating the recovered clothes to migrant workers and their children to promote The lofty spirit of Chinese volunteers “dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress”. Our ministry will post a proposal, initiate and launch more freshmen to participate in the military training clothing recycling activities, the specific time of the event to be determined.

Third, Chinese volunteer registration

Time: late October

Target: Freshman

Project Content: Freshman registration of Chinese volunteers is a basic work of our department every year. In the current semester, we will start the registration of new volunteers in late October. My department is mainly to let the new members of the freshman do a good job of propaganda work, and at the same time put relevant propaganda posters, and issue corresponding files to the class monitors of the freshman class, so that more freshmen can understand Chinese volunteers, so that the college’s Chinese volunteer registration rate.

Fourth, departmental construction

With the successful completion of the department's recruiting work in September, new members of the department are relatively unfamiliar with the department's work. Therefore, this month, the new members will be familiar with the department's work faster by letting them participate in each activity of the department. Improve the efficiency of the department, and let them learn more in the student union and exercise them as much as possible. At the same time, let the new members know each other as soon as possible, increase mutual tacit understanding, and better develop the department.

Five, other

With the addition of new members of the department, all work must be prepared accordingly. Our department should discuss with the community about the elderly computer knowledge popularization activities and elderly condolences during the semester.
