University Collection Association Semester Work Plan

Looking back at the work of the first semester, our association also needs to improve on the following aspects. The association should strengthen the training of members, increase the number of knowledge lectures, and invite some professionals to explain the relevant knowledge for us; organize more community activities to promote communication and exchanges between members.
In view of the above considerations, we plan to invite the person in charge of the Qinhuangdao Philatelic Association to explain the philately knowledge to us in the next semester; to exchange with other collections of other brothers and universities and learn from each other; next year is the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the collection association. Engage in a large-scale exhibition, mainly including ancient coins and stamps. Among them, our members actively prepared the collection and borrowed some stamps from the Qinhuangdao Philatelic Association to bring more collections to the students.
The specific plan is as follows:

From April 29th to 30th, the exhibition of the theme of “Welcome to the Olympic Games for 100 days. Love my Chinese summer” will be held in the first floor lobby. This collection exhibition highlights the theme of the Olympic Games and at the same time demonstrates China's profound historical and cultural heritage.

Purpose: Enrich campus culture and enhance patriotic sentiment.

This exhibition needs to be submitted to the Qinhuangdao Philatelic Association in advance for the following topics: Olympic theme; Qinhuangdao historical and cultural landscape theme; achievements since the founding of the People's Republic; Chinese history and culture; the scenery of the motherland...

At the same time, we will display collections such as ancient coins. Among them, the ancient coins will be classified as exhibitors. While enriching the campus culture, it also shows that our teachers and students love life and love to collect good habits.

Invite the teachers of the Qinhuangdao Philatelic Association to explain the expertise of stamps. The time is set at: late May.

Contact the Qinhuangdao Development Zone Philatelic Association to make a souvenir cover or commemorative stamp for the 10th anniversary of the collection society. At the same time, make personalized stamps for our students.

Prepare for new recruits and exhibitions next semester. The plan is to recruit new recruits for the Qinhuangdao Development Zone Philatelic Association.
