But at the same time, there are still some problems: for various reasons, some activities of the association cannot be carried out according to the plan, and the members and the association are not very close. In order to inherit the fine traditions of the oral association and solve the problems still existing in the association, at the beginning of the new school year, the oral association will carry out comprehensive work. The work plan for the first semester is now drafted as follows.

First, the further improvement of the management system:

According to the summary accumulated by the association in the past, due to the large number of members and the fact that some activities of the association cannot be carried out according to various reasons, the members of the association are not very close to the association. In order to improve this in the new school year, in addition to striving to carry out more activities that benefit members, the KLA will divide the members into three groups, and then establish a "speech group" and "on the basis of the debate team with the characteristics of the association." The performance group has two feature groups, each with a team leader. In accordance with the rules and regulations of the association, according to the activities of the association, the members of the three groups conduct regular activities and training under the direct leadership of their respective team leaders, and carry out 1-2 activities. After grouping, the number of people in each feature group will not be too large, and the training and activities will be more unified, which will help strengthen communication and contact between members.

Second, the activities of the new semester:

Early September:

1. The propaganda work of the association. Our association will organize personnel to visit new students to see new students, help new students, and verbally promote the oral association, so that the new students have a preliminary understanding of the oral association.

Late September:

Recruit new work. A certain number of new officers and members will be recruited as appropriate.

Mid-October:

Welcome to the new mobilization conference; this year will inherit the form of activities that have achieved good results in the previous year, and combine the orientation and mobilization. The exhibition will be debated as the main program, and each class will be prepared to participate in the debate contest to observe and introduce the basic skills in the debate. This will not only attract members to participate and guarantee the number of participants, but also better promote the "Newborn Cup" debate, open the curtain of the new debate, and play the role of double-edged.

From mid-October to early November:

The 10th "Newborn Cup" debate round of 08th grade; our association will start the propaganda work of the debates in the first ten days of October, and will reach the hands of the group support books of each class under the notice of the debates, and the notice will be notified by the branch secretary. Organize class debate teams to participate in the "Newborn Cup."

From mid-November to mid-December:

1. Usually training:

The three groups conduct member training in an orderly manner according to the characteristics of each group. The plan is to conduct once a month. For example, the debate team can show the video of the international college debates every month, give lectures on debates, etc. The performance team can carry out recital competitions, cross talks, dramas, essays, soundtrack dubbing and other activities, and the speech group can conduct speech contests. , or simulate a campaign site and a series of activities. The variety of activities can be of interest to members.

2. Activity tasks:

The debate team, the performance team, and the lecture group each conduct an activity for all members during the semester, and the 08 freshmen can be the main target.
