1. Use various forms to organize retired faculty and staff to study the "Report of the 17th National Congress", the 2019 National "Two Sessions" work report and the spirit of the conference, to understand the scientific development concept, and to contribute to building a well-off society.

2. Organize retired faculty and staff to study current affairs politics, policies and regulations, and health knowledge, so that old educators can learn more about domestic and international situations; understand party and state policies, laws and regulations; understand and master scientific methods for improving health And means to truly achieve ideological stability, spiritual enrichment, physical and mental health, and happy life.

3. Give full play to the role of the "Friends of the Old Education Workers in Beijing" and the "Friends of the Elderly in the Taishi Town Center School". The heads of the group will be published to the retired faculty and staff on time, so that the "Journal" will truly become a "friend" for the old educators to learn, publicize and communicate.

4. Intensify anti-xx propaganda efforts, completely eliminate the flgxx organization, and establish a firm and correct ideal and belief among retired faculty and staff, and oppose xx and education against decadent ideas. Vigorously promote the achievements of the country's politics, economy, society, and the results of school education and teaching, and encourage old comrades to live in their later years. The teams mobilized retired faculty and staff to actively participate in the activities of “advocating science and opposing xx”, so that they felt the warmth of the party organization in the activity and recognized the essence of the flgxx organization.

Actively carry out activities suitable for the physique and psychological characteristics of retired faculty and staff, and better play their wisdom and specialties, so that the majority of retired faculty and staff will be happy, healthy and play a role.

1. Grasping the opportunity of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and organizing the "Celebration of the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of the People". The central school called on the majority of retired teachers to be active. In the 11th "Chongyang Festival", the Singing Festival was held to sing the motherland, sing socialism, sing the reform and opening up, and to produce, self-edit, create, and sing a performance. Achieve a win-win situation in health and education.

2. Actively participate in the lectures on health science knowledge organized by the County Association of Old Teachers. Help retired teachers to establish correct health concepts and master scientific health knowledge. Initially, the Beijing Kerui Health Engineering Science Expert was invited to come to our county for face-to-face lectures. The lectures included “Healthy Life Every Day”, “Warning for Sub-health” and “How to Interpret the Medical Examination Report”.

3. Actively participate in the “Old Nine-Chongyang Denggao” activity of the Old Association of the City and the representatives of the retired teachers organized by the County Association of Old Teachers.

4. Actively participate in the “Second Fun Games” of retired faculty and staff organized by the County Association of Old Teachers. And pass this down as a traditional project. It is intended to promote the old teachers' fitness and fun through the various forms, rich content, safe and interesting competitions.

5. Actively participate in the "Elders Jinfan Art Troupe" organized by the County Association of Old Teachers. For retired teachers to sing together, enjoy the body and mind, and build a platform for self-entertainment. At the same time, attach importance to cultivating backbones, strengthening teams, and improving organization.

6. Continue to promote the integration of retired faculty and staff into the community and serve the community. Promote typical deeds, establish typical representatives, lead the majority of retired teachers to participate in community cultural activities, give play to their unique resource advantages, and contribute to building a harmonious society. For retired faculty and staff who have made outstanding achievements, each team leader should report to the central school in time to establish a typical and commendation award.

7. Conduct essay activities. The first is the essays of the 30 years of reform and opening up; the second is to write the memoirs of the memoirs, "see the conference"; the third is my retirement life essay; the fourth is to encourage retired teachers to actively contribute to the center school "Friends of the Elderly".
