Chinese Department of Literature, second half of the semester work plan

In order to further clarify our ideas, we will make our work better and achieve greater results. It is now discussed at the meeting to preliminarily formulate the work plan for the second half of the 2008 academic year of the Chinese Literature Society as a guide and direction for the giants. The main idea of ​​this semester work is "strictly standardizing, pioneering and innovating". We believe that only when management is strictly regulated, our work will be more up-to-date, and will be more disciplined and more hierarchical. Institutionalizing and standardizing our work is also more conducive to overcoming the shortcomings of freedom and ignorance. In addition, if we want our work to always be at the forefront of competition, we must constantly introduce new ideas and achieve "people without me, people with me, people with me new." On this basis, two main lines were specifically formulated: community building and activities.

I. Community building

1. Improve the association's articles of association. On the basis of extensively collecting opinions and suggestions from members and absorbing the excellent parts of the associations of other colleges and universities, according to the actual situation of our society, after reviewing by the council of the association, the general branch of the delegation will review it. After the adoption, it will be implemented within the whole society. Truly "the big things talk about principles, the small things talk about methods."

2. Improve the daily assessment system, conference system, membership file system, community decision-making system, feedback mechanism for members' opinions, members' file system, manuscript filing and publication system, and form a written file.

3. Improve the organization setting and appropriately increase or adjust the settings of some departments according to the actual work needs. According to the results of the comprehensive performance evaluation of the members of the last semester, according to the association's articles of association, make clear decisions on the increase and decrease of all personnel and the deployment of backbones.

4. Collect original design drafts of the social emblem and the social flag, and finally complete the production including the membership card and the badge.

Second, the activities

On the basis of promoting the development of the association itself, this semester will focus on the “3rd University Students Science and Technology Culture and Art Festival” and the “3rd Chata Dongchang College Games”. According to its own advantages, combined with the needs of work, truly pioneering and innovative.

1. Conduct exchanges and cooperation with Liaocheng Cultural Bureau and Tourism Bureau to strengthen cultural cooperation with Liaocheng tourist attractions.

2. Publications and publication evenings, this semester literary society will plan a high-quality literary magazine and hold a release party as a gift for the “3rd University Students Science and Technology Culture and Art Festival”.

4, professional class learning exchange activities, increase the interactive learning of professional courses, planning a special professional class learning exchange group set up in the literary society, under the guidance of professional class teachers, strive to come up with decent professional courses to learn the works and experience.

5. Excellent film playback, playing several excellent films, assisting students in their ideological cultivation, and constantly promoting their thinking and progress in morality, ambition and will.
