1. Further strengthen the comprehensive quality and management level of the leading groups of the central trade unions, improve the rights awareness and service concept of trade union cadres, continue to standardize the various management systems of trade union work, and further improve the assessment and management of the quantitative indicators of trade union members' performance.
2. Around the center's practical teaching work, carry out a "scientific and technological innovation contest", through the competition, improve the scientific and technological innovation concept of the central staff, and fill the blank of the unsupervised teacher's works in all kinds of work in practice teaching.

1. 4. Third, deepen the work of retiring and create a harmonious and stable working atmosphere. Retirement work, as an important part of the central trade union, must be done carefully. The center has 210 retired employees. Therefore, caring, caring, and doing a good job are prerequisites for unity, harmony, and stability, and they are our duty.
1. Continue to do the warmth project, adhere to the visit and condolence system, visit the sick and hospitalized workers, and give life allowances to the long-term patients with disabilities and employees with disabilities.
