Teacher's morality, self-inspection and rectification plan


In April of this year, Xiangyang District launched the “Mr. Teacher and Student as a Loved One” teacher’s education month. The activity was based on the goal of “I’m a teacher and student to be a relative” and the core of “Love and Dedication”. Focusing on improving the ideological and moral quality and professional ethics of teachers , the key to solving the problems of disharmony and unfavorable education and teaching among teachers is to guide teachers to participate actively. By participating in the study and education activities of the teachers' morality and ethics in the whole district, I have a clearer understanding of the important significance of the teacher's morality and education, and I am more familiar with the content of teachers' professional ethics. In contrast to the requirements of the " Teacher Law" and "Chinese Little Teachers' Professional Ethics", combined with their own educational work, and reflecting on the past, they have indeed done very little, and specially formulated the following rectification plan.

First, there are problems:

1. In terms of education and teaching: the educational methods are backward, and there is not enough concern for students with learning difficulties and after-school students.

But overall, progress is not too big. Especially in cultural literacy, scientific thinking, management methods, scientific research capabilities, learning level and many other aspects are still lacking, compared with other teachers, there is still a big gap. In the final analysis, there is a lack of self-awareness and initiative in learning. In the work, we neglect the cultivation and re-engineering of knowledge ability, and have insufficient grasp of business knowledge. We do not realize that the level of business has a decisive effect on work efficiency and quality. In terms of cultural literacy, scientific thinking, management methods, scientific research capabilities, and learning level, it is still lacking, and there is still a big gap compared with other teachers.

2, personal professional learning: lazy to participate in teaching research activities.

In the study of professional knowledge, there is no planning, systematic, and time is not tight enough. In the spare time of work, there is no time to study the latest and most cutting-edge professional knowledge, especially for deep-seated professional theoretical knowledge learning and research. In the work, the cultivation of knowledge ability is neglected, the business knowledge is not enough, and the level of business level is not realized, which plays a decisive role in work efficiency and quality.

3, work skin, active awareness is not strong. Sometimes I treat some central work with the attitude of maintaining the original attitude, I don’t want to go deeper, I am striving for stability and fear of chaos, I am not willing to accept new ideas and new methods, I don’t want to think about things, I want to have leaders anyway. The leader said that I would do it, and I am sure I can’t go wrong. When a lot of work can't be pushed, it's rushed to do it.

4, care, help others do not do enough, talk with others, communicate less, do a lot of things that they think are good but not others understand.

5, emotionally excited, words and actions are sometimes too radical, self-control ability is not strong.

In response to the above deficiencies, I decided to take the following measures in light of my own actual and working environment, and actively carry out serious rectification.

First, earnestly study the theory of education and teaching, actively participate in various educational and research activities, put more time on business learning, and solidify its own theory of education and teaching. From practice middle school, learn from experienced old teachers , learn their advanced methods and ideas; diligently learn from books, learn from the Internet, learn their own professional knowledge, learn the theory of education and teaching: learn from setbacks and lessons, and constantly Improve and improve and improve yourself. I have to study hard new courses, complete the school's routine, actively participate in the school's teaching and research activities, constantly update the educational concept, constantly improve my teaching methods, and possibly publish my own educational and teaching experience. To conduct all-round communication and discussion with the public. Usually pay attention to preparing a good lesson, writing a good teaching plan, usually to be diligently corrected, diligent counseling, to write a good plan implementation every semester, write anti-study reflection in time, and do a good job of student growth record.

Second, from now on, we must conscientiously study new educational theories, learn the educational methods of excellent teachers , persist in facing all students, care for the undergraduates, and patiently and individually try to educate the undergraduates on individual education. In order to conduct disciplinary behaviors, we must adopt a flexible approach to education, and do not blindly punish students with a “one stick to the whole class”.
