2012 Teacher Personal Development Plan
2019 is the fifth year of my work and an important and rewarding year in my five-year personal development plan. I have made the following personal professional development plans for myself:
I. Self-analysis of professional development status
1. Advantages: Good at collecting teaching resources, making full use of all aspects of information, enriching classroom teaching, and earnestly implementing the second-phase curriculum reform teaching philosophy.
The teaching enthusiasm is high, and the communication with the students is more patient.
2, Insufficient: The understanding of the students is not deep enough, and the accumulation of my own teaching experience is still less.
From the explanation and analysis of the student's homework to the position of the student's mastery. Need to reflect more knowledge points from the homework, the knowledge should be more extensive.
3, countermeasures: Indispensable is its own constant "charging", self-study or postgraduate study is necessary to strengthen their knowledge accumulation in English, education, psychology and literature history.
Improve communication with different students and proactively enhance their understanding of students.
Adjusting the teaching method to make it perfect, for my young teacher , it is necessary to learn from experience and consolidate the basic skills of teaching.

1, moral education: establish a healthy virtue education and world outlook, education of life concept, through the special nature of the art curriculum, let students use the healthy and correct eyes to write the music of life.
2, education and teaching: learning and applying the new curriculum reform teaching philosophy, collecting all aspects of teaching resources to enrich the teaching content, making it novel and edgy.
Seriously participate in the training of educational psychology to learn books on human nature education. It is a thorough analysis of the psychological state of modern students. Through study, we can also learn about our students from books.
Actively learn outside the profession and strengthen the learning of traditional knowledge
3, Professional training: Intensive English majors to strengthen professional skills, solid existing professional skills to seize the opportunity to learn new techniques; study new textbooks; comprehensive mastery of non-professional literature, history and education related knowledge.
4, teaching and research activities: actively participate in the training of new textbooks
5, reading plan: read three books a month, write reading notes
6, scientific research: writing educational papers III, professional development expectations
1, teaching: the use of teaching advantages, improve students' interest in learning, learn through their own research and efforts to master more English skills; strengthen the communication of professional language, let students learn to use.
2, teaching and research: expand the capacity of knowledge in homework analysis, further tutor students to improve the quality of homework, cultivate students' confidence and homework patience, and accumulate steps to make their own teaching ideas constantly perfect. Improve the frequency of quizzes and tests and increase the three rates.
3, Thesis: Reflection on teaching, the sense of teaching wants to make an instant record, sorting and summarizing distinct examples. Make sure to write at least one paper a year.

You can share your original things with others and learn from each other. When encountering online peers, you can also communicate and communicate in various aspects such as preparing lessons, attending classes, homework corrections, extracurricular tutoring, exam evaluation, teaching management, school-based teaching and research, helping each other, mastering the essentials of teaching routine work, and developing teaching materials. I have been thinking about it now. The pursuit of career should be the constant effort of my life. It seems that there are things that can't be done waiting for me. I always feel that my life is just about to begin. Now I have made it clear that the requirement for myself is the pursuit of life and a requirement for quality of life.
