2. Complete the 10KV outlet project of Gaozhuang Substation and Baiwang Substation.
3. Gradually complete the hidden danger line and equipment transformation work.
Second, safety production:
To achieve the goal of safety throughout the year:
1. Complete the production tasks of the superior and the bureau in time.
2. Strengthen the operation and maintenance management of equipment to ensure the safe operation of the main, distribution network and substation.
3, to achieve safe production throughout the year, no main network, substation accidents.
4. The accident rate of the main network, substation and distribution network is lower than the ministerial standard.
5. There are no five types of malignant accidents.
Main network part:
1. Strengthen the inspection of equipment and lines to ensure the safe operation of equipment and lines.
2. Formulate the “Double Measures” plan for safety production of each unit and the key points of safety production in this year .
3. Preventive testing of equipment in March this year.
4. Do a good job in spring and autumn and autumn inspections, and do a good job in cleaning the equipment.
Distribution network part:
1. Continue to strictly implement the line work plan, approval, and guardianship system to ensure that there is no accident in safety production throughout the year.
2. Strengthen the inspection work of lines and equipment and eliminate them in time.
3. Continue to do a good job of anti-habitual violations.
4. Improve production rules and regulations, increase assessment efforts, and improve production materials.

Third, staff training:
