Focus training on problems and problems that are easy to issue; training between new employees and old employees should be different; there is a difference between the problem and the problem-free training; the special types of work, the key types of work and the general types of training are different; To improve the quality responsibility system, to strengthen the assessment, to eliminate the quality problems caused by the lack of responsibility; the sixth is to strictly implement the system file requirements to ensure the effective operation of the system; the seventh is to learn the advanced product quality management methods of domestic and foreign famous brand enterprises. Improve the quality of export products. In accordance with the problem of self-reporting and self-denial, the level is raised.
