At the beginning of the new semester, our Ministry of Life, as an important department of the Department of Student Affairs, is about to start a new study. We will continue to serve the students, the Department of Construction, and strive to do a good job. The work plan for the Ministry of Life this semester is as follows:

I. Organization and selection of personnel

Talent is the basic premise for all work to be carried out, which is especially important for the Ministry of Life. To do a good job in the activities of the Ministry of Life in the past year, the first thing is to select a group of ministries who are willing to endure hardships, willing to work, willing to contribute, and have a certain sense of innovation. Based on this, the old members and ministers of our department should be highly responsible and responsible when selecting students, and strive to select outstanding members for the Ministry of Life and form an excellent team.

1. In this semester, we are going to conduct a “civilized bedroom” appraisal activity in the whole hospital. The activities include all the students in the school. We will combine regular check-ups with occasional spot checks during the appraisal period, and finally conclude our selection of 20 excellent bedrooms. Through this kind of activity, we aim to make our classmates develop a civilized living habit and make students' physical and mental health develop in an all-round way.

2. Cooperate with the activities of the brothers department of the college and the student union

As another key work of the Ministry of Life in the Student Union, the Ministry of Education also carries forward the fine traditions of the previous Life Department, starting from the overall situation of the Student Union, and actively cooperating with the work of other brother departments in light of the characteristics and advantages of the Ministry of Life. The focus will be on the safety and logistics aspects of the Ministry of Life. In short, I hope that after one year of hard work, we can establish a working concept of “having difficulties and finding a life department” within the student union.

The 09-level officer has just entered the student union, and the understanding of the student union is not deep enough. The new semester activity has entered the development stage. In order to strengthen the cohesiveness of the Student Union Life Department, improve the quality of the officers, and make the work of the Student Union work better, our training for new officers is extremely urgent.

1. Make full use of the regular meeting time. Every two-week regular meeting, in addition to arranging new work plans and summarizing the work, use the remaining time to introduce and explain the relevant matters of the school and the student union, so that each officer can establish a general concept of the student union and familiarize with the general work of the student union. The process is clearly defined as a member of the student union.

2. Regularly hold regular meetings of the Ministry of Life and make necessary meeting minutes during important meetings.

Innovation

1. Promote a series of activities of “self-protection awareness”. The purpose of this event is to let everyone master the basic self-protection knowledge so that everyone can avoid unnecessary personal injury. This activity can be carried out jointly with the Ministry of Propaganda.

2. Do a questionnaire about the canteen.

3. Carry out filial activities with the theme of “Poor Parents in the World”. Can be promoted on Mother's Day Father's Day. The essay competition with the theme of "filial piety" was held, and was held jointly with the editorial department and the propaganda department.

4. Conduct a “Thank you all the way” campus story collection activity.

Holding an essay contest with the theme of “college life”, you can contact your own reality, talk about university life testimonials, future planning or dormitory life, etc. Poetry essays and other genres are not limited. The event is tentatively scheduled for the beginning of December and is for students from various colleges.

For an organization, through activities, you can mobilize your enthusiasm and enhance your feelings. It is beneficial and harmless to carry out work in the future. Finally, the New Year's Day garden will be a finishing event. Classical projects in traditional activities can be preserved, and on this basis, new and easy-to-use activities can be discovered. We will do a good job of backup work to ensure the smooth progress of the entire event.

The purpose of the Ministry of Life is to innovate on the original traditional programs. Try to do an event as much as possible, and it has its highlights.
"One year is in spring, and one year is in the morning." At this spring, the young life department will use passion and wisdom to fight for the bright future of the student union.
In the new year, the Ministry of Life will fully implement the guidelines of the Youth League Committee, vigorously safeguard the basic rights and interests of the students, gradually improve the quality of life of the students, and use innovative thinking to better serve the students. 6. Organize the students to go out. Let everyone appreciate the beautiful scenery of our great motherland, and let everyone have a chance to relax after learning.
7. Hold a feedback meeting for the 20th Student Union proposal.

Hold new and old products trade fairs. Give the old students who are leaving the school a chance to “handle” the items they don’t need, and give the new students a chance to buy “value” items! Put the product exchange on bbs into practice!
Our plan will be adjusted according to the actual situation, in order to better serve the students, and let the students support the student union more.
