Employee education and training program

XII. Verification of the training plan Article 26 The results of the training must be verified whether the original objectives have been met.
Article 27 The verification training plan must pay attention to the following points:
1. Has the training result reached the original target?
2. Is there a standard study time to verify the progress of the trainees?
3. Can you have a record of the trainees' ability to train, during, and train?
