In the twinkling of an eye, we will enter the new year of 2019. The new year is a year full of challenges, opportunities and pressures. It is also a very important year for me. Life and work pressure drives me to work hard and study hard. Here, I have established this year's work plan so that I can make greater progress and achievements in the new year.
First, sales indicators:
The sales task assigned by the superior is 300,000 yuan, and the sales target is 350,000 yuan, 75,000 yuan per quarter.
Second, the plan is drawn up:
1. Formulate the Annual Sales Plan at the beginning of the year;
2. Prepare the “Monthly Sales Plan” at the beginning of each month;
Third, customer classification:
According to the customer's segmentation, the existing customers are divided into three categories: a-type customer, b-class customer, and c-class customer, and comprehensive analysis is conducted for customers at all levels. Do different customers and take different services. Be able to take advantage of it and return with satisfaction.
Fourth, implementation measures:
1. Familiar with the company's new rules and regulations and business development work. The company is constantly reforming and has established a new system, especially in terms of business. As a department manager of the company, you must take responsibility for your work and do your best to comply with company regulations.
2. Formulate a study plan. Learning is very important for business people because it is directly related to the pace of a business person's progress and the vitality of the business. Adjust my learning direction as needed to supplement new energy. Professional knowledge and management skills are all things I have to master. Knowing ourselves and knowing each other can only be a battle.
3, in the customer's aspects and customers to strengthen information exchange, increase the feelings, a class of customers insist on contacting once a week, b-class customers contact once a month, c-class customers contact once a month. Always keep in touch with customers who have already made a deal.
4, in terms of network
Give full play to our website and online resources, do a good job of collecting and publishing the property, and the development of the source. Do business well
