I am a design company, mainly engaged in the business of graphic design, website design and development, multimedia animation design. It’s almost two years now, and it’s New Year’s Day. I am interested, inspiration, and can open a design company. It is the dream that I sprouted from the beginning of the university. I am a boss. This thought has always impacted myself, spurring myself and making myself strong. Diligent! In XX, I finally met a noble person. I was a high school classmate. He spent most of his money and started a design company together. At that time, his dream of a few years was realized. - I have my own company! But I ignored the following points:

1. Opening a company does not necessarily make money. Opening a company is only a means, and making money is the highest order.

2. Open the company, not necessarily the boss, because I still have no temperament, sitting in the boss chair still swaying. It takes years to shape.

3. I am a designer, and I can't erase the love of design and the embarrassment of the market.

4. There are infinite expectations for the development of the company. In fact, the historical tasks that the design company can accomplish are limited.
Below I will analyze the points I have overlooked one by one.
I will explain the stages of the company's development in chronological order. During the opening period of the company, I can imagine how happy it is from the identity of the designer to the identity of the boss. You can gradually implement the funding arrangement to the place that you think you can spend, and you can recruit your own satisfied employees. Exercise your own management and distribution skills, --- It is important that I should not be able to design! - That annoying overtime and frustration ideas ~~
So my first step is to recruit people, I have enough design minds, and the partners I work with are also the masters of the design world. There is absolutely no problem in digesting. Of course, we should recruit business people and attack the unsuccessful parts first. This is my own style.
So, we have recruited several batches of business personnel and started to run the business. Fortunately, the first two salesmen I recruited did not take long to make a list. I feel very happy, plus some of my own social relationships, business volume. Still quite rich. However, it is felt that the business is slow to digest. The customer delays the project time for various reasons. Some of them stop calling in the middle. It is very good for me. The company has sufficient backup funds and can gradually distribute the salary of everyone.
In order to further expand the business, I recruited several salesmen, but few of the subsequent salesmen brought no economic benefits to the company, and their quotation, planning, negotiation, cost me a lot. Energy, after all, they are salesmen, and the knowledge of designing this piece can't be too high. After one month, if there is no effect, or if you leave the company automatically, or if the company is retired, it will be returned without success. This may have been over half a year.
With reflection on such an operation method, I think there is something wrong with it, let me cancel the salesman system:

1. The salesman is purely profitable, this is their professional requirements, aiming at profit. As long as it is designed to design a company to do business, there is basically no business experience, because just as a man is afraid of getting into the wrong line, people with good business skills should not come to the design industry, they can choose better. The bigger the platform. Because I can basically recruit employees who have just been out of society for a long time, or have not been in Shenzhen for a long time, after they recognize the rules of the market, they are also the limitations of the design market, and generally transfer to other industries. Or the ability is simply not enough, the performance can not come out, the boss himself feels dissatisfied, there is no other way to not go. In short, they left the industry because they have no feelings about this industry, and there is nothing to entangle, and as a person who has been climbing the design circle for a few years, it is impossible to put aside the limitations of the design industry and must stay behind.

2. The company has little start-up capital. It can only proceed from the perspective of reality and conciseness. It can't hit the market in a big way, create its own brand platform, and make full use of the company's brand to attract business. Therefore, it is easy for the salesman to abandon the company's platform and find a private list. What is wrong with this? In particular, the more sophisticated the salesman, the closer he is to the customer, the more he can discard the company, and even more, they can make a certain amount of business in a month, they can make their own brand. We can assume that an ordinary salesman can maintain his basic salary and expenses by doing 5000 business, and an excellent salesman must achieve more than 8000 business, in order to be excellent, if he can work hard, do If you reach 10,000, he can ask the xxxx designer to get a studio, isn't it?
3. The salesman expects that he can have enough business to guarantee his own income. Therefore, no matter how much business they face, they hope that the company can follow, especially the new salesperson, no matter what kind of customers they face. I thought it was an opportunity. The customer only had to say that this time it was a small business and the bottom of the price, but in the future we have a lot of opportunities, the salesman will be heart-wrenching, and the company will hope to get rid of it - to at least reimburse itself. fare. As a company, there are reasons to consider how to return to a big business if there is no small business to train new salesmen. do it! The result is that the business is small, we always want to finish quickly, and the small business is not easy to digest than the big business. On the contrary, the owner who can't afford the money is generally difficult to digest, so it is tempered. Come up, time is gone, the brand is gone, and the profits are gone.
