Another focus of this month is to strengthen the maintenance of the equipment. Especially for the rough machine, switch every day, and check the slot iron and the bracket as an important inspection point. The two small slag pumps were repaired and overhauled in a planned manner, laying a foundation for normal operation in the first half of 2009. The outlet valve of the large slag pump was replaced, which provided a convenient way to check the maintenance valve plate, and replaced the water separator of the water ring pump b, c. In addition, the equipment lubrication has also been strengthened, and each class can carefully lubricate the equipment it manages.

3. Further improve the on-site civilized production.

In response to some problems in the civilized production of the site, this month, we will focus on rectification. A lot of work has been done on the cleaning and maintenance of equipment hygiene, and some pipes, supports and supports have been derusted and painted.

4. With the deepening of the company's refined management work, the construction of the team is imperative. Under the premise of tight time and heavy tasks, our section carefully and meticulously organized and prepared ten systems for the construction of the team, worked overtime, and revised it five times, and completed the work in a safe and secure manner.

2. Insufficient work in December:

All in all, the safety management of my section is too extensive, the discipline of overhaul is too loose, the management of the section is seriously degraded, and the mind is paralyzed. In the month, in the face of a sudden drop in temperature, although there were countermeasures in advance in our section, the strength was not enough, and there were still some small places that appeared frozen. 3. The management of the first-level management staff is immature.

The first-level managers of the section were originally from the front-line workers and not professional management talents, which may be longer than operations and weaker than management. In terms of management, I also learn by doing, and improve while summing up. In particular, psychological stress and mental burden are great after an accident, and there is deep guilt and self-blame. The burden of thought is more and more heavy, and it directly affects the daily work. The confusion is numb, which leads to the lack of rules in the work.
