I. Daily management work: For the files issued by the superiors in daily work, fill in the “Archives and Circulation Sheets” in time, and send them to the principal for circulation and report to the relevant personnel for circulation and processing. After the work is completed, the responsible person signs and files. There is a special "Telephone Notification Record Sheet", and related matters and notices are recorded in a timely manner and called by relevant personnel. At the same time, in the work, the notice issued by the superior will be reported to the principal in a timely manner, and the temporary work arranged by the principal will be dealt with in a timely manner, so that the uploading will be carried out to ensure the smooth flow of information.
In this year's work, I will further improve the management of daily work. On the basis of continuing to implement file circulation and call records, I will set up a “Working and Running Memo Table”, and record the completion time of each work in a timely manner, and timely. Remind relevant personnel to complete on time, thus further promoting the normal and smooth operation of daily management.
Second, faculty and staff attendance work: Strictly implement the school's attendance system, the attendance status is recorded on the attendance sheet in a timely manner, and the attendance of the previous month is summarized and publicized in the first two jobs of the month, in the first three working days. The attendance of the previous month was submitted to the town education office by the principal to verify the signature. Construction of Teacher's Morality: In the past year, we have earnestly carried out the activities of clean government culture into campus activities, the construction of teachers' morality, the democratic evaluation activities of education, and the study and practice of scientific development concept. This year's winter teacher training is mainly to carry out teacher education. The construction of teachers' morality has achieved certain results. However, there are still some shortcomings.
