In the next academic year of 2010, the work of the office is mainly as follows:

September: We have been welcoming new recruits and recruiting new students, recruiting a group of highly motivated schoolmates. Lead them to start from the basic work, let them get familiar with the work of the department as soon as possible, and be happy with the results of their work.

October: Our department held a class landscaping competition, which examined the quality of each class, the evaluation column of moral education, the party building ground, and the information bar, so that the assessment of each class in the new semester was carried out normally. The competition created a good, warm learning environment for students to create a home atmosphere.

In addition, we have also carried out a change of work. I really started to take over the work of this department. The pressure at the beginning is definitely there. I feel my responsibility when I am busy, but this is not the time to shirk responsibility. At this time, I should do my job well and lead new members. Work together to complete the department.

November: This month is the legal security month. In order to further promote the promotion of legal safety in our school, we will raise the awareness of legal security for college students. Our department hereby organized a selection campaign with the theme of “Legal Safety Publicity Slogan Collection”. The event also achieved good results. The students participated very enthusiastically. Through this activity, the students’ legal safety awareness It has also been further improved.

In addition to hosting events, we also carried out our own work – organizing warehouses. At the beginning of the semester, our department began to clean up, clean the warehouse, count all the items left over from the last semester, make a list of records, and purchase the required student items for the semester.

There is also the "Youth Dance Ballroom Dance Competition" hosted by the Department of Rehabilitation. Our department is responsible for this competition. For this competition, we have made sufficient preparations and efforts, and hope that our strength can win honors for this department. .

In addition to these activities, we also do not forget to do our job: to issue notices of various departments, to play the board, the statistical work of the assessment form... in the daily duty, regular meetings are still meticulous. Because our office comes from students, students, and students. The majority of students are our foundation, and serving our classmates is our job responsibilities.
