2. The control of infectious sources is still not perfect. The epidemic area of ​​schistosomiasis is widespread, and the implementation of control measures for infectious sources needs to be further improved. Rural water management and toilet management and livestock management are not well matched, and human and animal manure cannot be effectively managed, which is likely to cause repeated infections by humans and animals.

3. Health education is not deep enough. People's schistosomiasis awareness and defensive knowledge are insufficient. Some people in the epidemic areas have difficulty in changing their production and living habits. The source of infection cannot be effectively controlled, and it is also easy to cause the spread and prevalence of schistosomiasis.

4, big blood defense is not coordinated. Blood prevention is led by the health department, but the blood prevention office is placed under the health bureau. It seems that the licensing rights are also reduced. The departments of water conservancy, agriculture, forestry, agricultural machinery, and animal husbandry are in charge of each other. 5. There is no new breakthrough in the comprehensive management of health and blood prevention.
